Training Week #5

Week #5 Training for Amy

Monday- Swam full length of triathlon distance(750m)
Thursday- Rode bike 3 miles
Saturday- Swam full length of triathlon distance(750m)

Week #5 Training for JP
Monday- Ran 3 miles and swam 750m
Tuesday- Ran 3 miles
Saturday- Swam 750m

I still don't think I have lost much weight, but I certainly feel tighter and better overall. I guess that is what matters most. It feels good to be taking better care of my health.

Way to go! And, don't think about the numbers in losing weight because as you keep exercising, you are building muscle, which is weight. However, you are trimming your body all around, which is the important thing. I am so excited for you guys to do this!

Good for you guys! That is so awesome...While working out I am thinking of throwing out my scale...it just doesn;t help sometimes :)
