February update before March is over....

February was a fun, busy month. Kayley had a cheer performance...she has really found her niche in cheerleading. Wonder where she gets that from? I have started assistant directing the Elementary school play, Aladdin. Jacob, Kelsey and Kayley are participating. It is a LOT of work...but so much fun. We took a quick (needed) vacation to Disneyland and the Beach. AND, I had a fun weekend with my mom, sisters and SIL for my sister Laura's surprise 30th birthday bash. We went to Park City, ate yummy food, did lots of good shopping, sat in the spa, had good talks, painted ceramics, and ended back in Logan for the rest of the weekend. PLUS, I got to hang out with cutest babies ever!! I love the fact that I get to play with them all and be the COOL AUNTIE!

January 2012

January was a special month in our house. Our little babies are growing up. Kelsey and Kayley made the choice to be baptized. I was emotional the whole week. I'm sad because they are growing up too fast but proud because of the amazing young women they are becoming. AND, I'm emotional because I'm getting OLD!! Here are some pictures of their special day. Thanks to all our close friends and wonderful family for coming to support them on their day.

November 2011
Jacob continued to play football in a couple of tournaments.....we survived the freezing cold to cheer him on!

Twins turned 8 and had their own cakes specially made by dad!

Then they finally got to have their own birthday party with their close friends. They had a cake decorating party. Each girl got to design their own apron and then decorate their own cake....they got pretty creative with the frosting....yummy!

December 2011

For Kelsey's birthday she got to go to the Penguin Encounter at the Aquarium....did you know she is obsessed with penguins? We got to go sit in the back room of their habitat and see them interact. They kept waddling in and out of the room then back into their pool. It was freezing in there but worth every second. They even do enrichment activities with them to stimulate their minds. This day they blew bubbles for them. It was cute. Kelsey had a smile on her face the whole time.
