Thursday- Swam full length of triathlon distance in 28 minutes (750m)
Week #4 Training for JP
Monday- Ran 3 miles and swam 750m
Thursday- Swam 750mm
Saturday- Ran 3 miles

You can't say your week #4 wasn't great, because it sounds like it was! You guys are really getting going, and it is awesome. Keep it up!

You are doing amazingly and I am so proud of you!!!! If you are feeling like you haven't done enough, take solace in the fact that you could easily kick my butt.
